While our network reaches nearly every corner of the world, we remain committed to international safety standards; in the rare event that specific regional regulations impact your delivery, our curators will contact you personally to facilitate the best possible arrangement.
At The Oriental Legacy, we treat every masterpiece with the reverence it deserves. To ensure global excellence, we operate a dual-hub fulfillment system designed to maintain the highest standards of quality control.
1. Global Distribution Strategy
- North American Orders: Dispatched directly from our regional headquarters in Westborough, MA. Every item undergoes a final artisanal inspection at our U.S. facility before shipment.
- International Orders: Dispatched from our specialized distribution center in Nanjing, China, ensuring direct access to our most exquisite regional collections.
2. Inspection & Shipping Timeline
We do not simply "ship" products; we curate them for their journey. Standard items require 7-15 business days for final quality audit and collector-grade packaging.
Note for High-Complexity Commissions: For bespoke Jade-finished Structural Bamboo Fans featuring extensive calligraphy (exceeding 100 characters), the creation period may exceed the standard 15-day window. These masterpieces are subject to our calligraphy master's artisanal schedule. We kindly request that you contact us directly to coordinate the arrangement; our curators will maintain consistent communication with you throughout the process.
3. Tracking & Transit
Upon dispatch, a tracking number from premium carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) will be provided via email. The integrity of your collection remains our top priority throughout its transit.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our goal is for every collector to be entirely satisfied. Due to the artisanal and bespoke nature of our products, the following policies apply:
1. Custom Calligraphy & Bespoke Items
Items featuring custom calligraphy or personalized Jade-finished Structural Bamboo Fans are unique creations made specifically for you. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless a structural defect is identified upon delivery.
2. Bronze Artistry & Non-Custom Decor
For non-customized items, we offer a 14-day return window. Items must be returned in their original, unopened collector-grade packaging. The collector is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
3. Damaged Shipments
In the rare event of transit damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a prioritized resolution.
